Request deletion
Send your request from the email address associated with your Tayari account to Tayari support. Use the subject ‘Tayari Data Deletion Request’ and include your full name and, where relevant, the Instagram account concerned.
What happens next
We verify the request to protect against unauthorised deletion. After verification, we delete or anonymise data no longer required for legitimate organisational, security, contractual or legal purposes.
Where the GDPR applies, we respond within the legally required period, generally one month subject to lawful extensions.
Instagram / Meta data
If your request concerns Instagram, identify the relevant account or conversation. You can also revoke Tayari access through Meta/Instagram. Revoking access stops future access but does not automatically delete data already lawfully stored in Tayari.
What may be retained
Some information may be retained when necessary for law, security, disputes, abuse prevention, financial records or legal claims. Where possible, retained data will be minimised or anonymised.
